Management Team
Oghenemine Adenola is the Chief Operations Officer of Topgy Systems and Management Consultant. She has a degree in English Language from Lagos State University and has a Professional Diploma in Health Safety and Environment from Gateway Industrial & Petro- Gas Institute, Oni, Ogun State, Nigeria. She started her career with Gateway Industrial & Petro – Gas Institute Oni, Ogun State as a Reporter and Investigator of accidents, conductor of welding and plumbing trainings early in 2009. She joined Topgy later in 2009 as a Technical Sales Executive. She was moved to the Operations & Project Management department in 2010 and due to her dedication and loyalty she became the Head of the department in 2011. Oghenemine was recently promoted as the Chief Operations Officer that will oversee all Topgy Group projects in Nigeria and take responsibility of managing the affairs of Topgy Nigeria whenever Chairman/GCEO is not available. Dangote Cement(Ibese), Dangote Cement(Gboko), Dangote Cement(Tanzania), Dangote Cement(Senegal), Dangote Sugar Plc, PZ-Cussons Plc, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Conoil Plc, Total Nigeria Plc, Lafarge Plc, Unilever Plc, Lagoon Hospital, Leadway Assurance are some of the firms she has successfully lead a team of staff to handle Fixed Asset Verification, Reconciliation, Tagging Exercise and Implement our world class Topgy Asset Performer Software in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and Tanzania.
Adebayo Leon Eke graduate of B.Sc Accounting from University of Lagos in 2014 after obtaining National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology in 2008. I did my one-year Industrial Training (IT) in Olipelis Nigeria Limited and joined Topgy Systems and Management Consultant in 2010 as Operation Staff and have grown within the rank and file of Operations and Project Management dept over the years and was recently promoted as the Vice President, Operations and Project Management. I have executed a good number of projects on Fixed Asset Verification, Reconciliation, Tagging, Liquid Fuel Audit and Spares/Parts Audit. Johnson Wax Nigeria Limited, Golden Tulips Hotel, NIMASA, Protea Hotel, Updc, GSK, MRS, Dangote Cement (Zambia), Abuja Electricity Distribution Company and Uac Foods Limited are as some of the firms have been able to handle their projects as Team Lead successfully.
Josephine Igiba is a graduate of Cooperative Management from National Open University of Nigeria. She joined Topgy System and Management Consultants in 2017 as Business Development Manager. While working at Topgy, she has contributed immensely to the growth of Topgy System by bringing in new clients and maintained existing accounts. In 2019, she was deployed to the Chairman/CEO’s office as a Personal Assistant to the Chairman/CEO because of her outstanding administrative capabilities. Management saw her outstanding work ethics, dedication to work, innovation and flexibility in adjusting to roles/tasks given and was recently promoted to the Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO in January, 2020.
Evelyn Adighibe has a diploma in electrical engineering from Mooshood abiola polytechnic, Ogun State, she proceeded to the University of Ilorin, Kwara state and bagged a B.Eng in Electrical engineering in 2016 and also has an outstanding certifications in Project management Professional (PMP). She worked with PHCN as an I.T staff in 2013, she proceeded to Spacepointe Nigeria Limited in 2016 as a Sales Rpresentative and rise to the post of a Technical Product Manager in 2017 and joined CareerMega Nigeria Limited where she worked in the organization as an office manager in 2017, She left to joined Tubtech Apple Computers Nigeria Limited as a Freelance Technical and Overseer Associate. She joins Topgy systems and management consultant in 2018 as Technical Assistant, became Ag Head, Technical & Support in February 2019 and was recently confirmed as the Head, Technical & Support Software on January 2019.
Ifeyinwa Emmanuel has a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Enugu State University in 2009. She stated her first career as a Trainee in Fixed Asset Management in Topgy Group in 2010 and became a Staff in 2011. She also work as the Personal Assistant to the Group CEO between 2011 and 2017, during this period she ensure activities in GCEO are going on smoothly and this has resulted to productivity increase. She work briefly as the Head, Logistic and Business Process before she was deploy to Operations dept as the Senior Manager, Projects Management. During these years she was involved in handling different kinds project in Nigeria and other African countries, due to her hard work she has executed the following project successfully Guinness Nigeria Plc, Dangote Cement Congo Brazzaville, Dangote Cement Cameroon, Dangote Sugar Plc, Interswitch Nigeria Ltd, Mutual Benefit Plc, Pivot-GIS Wapic Insurance plc, Friesland Campina Wamco, Atlantic Hall, Beremont international school. She was recently promoted as the Assistant General Manager, Operations & Project Management.
Abass Muritala graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, Oyo State with B.Tech in Computer Science in 2011. He started his working career with Bato Technologies as a Systems Engineer/Software Training Manager in 2011, the position he held until he joined Topgy Systems & Management Consultant as Software Support Specialist in 2013. He has contributed tremendously to the growth of Topgy Systems in the area of Implementing and training on the companies Fixed Asset management software called Asset Performer. In 2014, he was transferred to Ghana office where he implements and trained a lot of experts in the usage of our custom fixed asset management solution. Topgy Management Saw the drive for problem solving and Marketing combined in him, they brought him back to Nigeria and he was elevated to the post of Business Manager for South-west Nigeria in January 2016 where he covers the business activities of the company across south-west Nigeria. He became the Head of Marketing & Business Development for the Group in 2017 which brought him back to the head office in Lagos. He was deploy to Topgy Ghana in June, 2019 where he became the Chief Operating Officer in charge of Topgy Operations in Ghana and has been doing a lots of reorganisation in the way our activities has been operated over the years. His efforts has started yielding great results as we just got a new project in Burkina Faso.
